The 90% or more hetero is only a result of patriarchal constraints.

I also think there is an "spiritual" component in the process- that probably happened during the Stone Ages too. This component you could think (in first approach) in terms of a collective human mind or our connection with each other through telepathy.
I mean, these ideas seem to be gathering strength recently, as if it was the time for them to materialize. It's not just a wave for women empowerment, it's a phase shift in humanity that cannot happen within the patriarchal constraints, therefore Patriarchy must go.
This is not very surprising after the repeated horrors of the XX century, obviously caused by the patriarchal structure, nothing else.

Thanks for sharing your ideas.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09035830262598657621noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-826767662757742517.post-74707716152815424712011-03-26T04:36:25.373-07:002011-03-26T04:36:25.373-07:00Hi Dan

Men have tried to create equal societies with the French revolution and with communism and socialism and have completely failed. Likewise in a society of sexual equality there is nothing to stop men from competiting against women for power. This means we will always have patriarchy, unless women get together and form a powerful sisterhood to create a matriarchal society. Which is what the Bonobo ape has done.

The people who created agriculture where the gathers and the gathers in hunter/gathers were women. It would be normal for gathers to not only gather seeds but to also plant and excess seeds they gathered. This would be how agriculture started.

Humans are only great long distance runners because they have developed large powerful lungs through learning to dive underwater.williamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05285178912635949559noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-826767662757742517.post-731979556565547372011-03-05T07:59:01.783-08:002011-03-05T07:59:01.783-08:00You are really coming off as crazy. You want to divert a system heading towards equality to one where one sex dominates the other.

Saying women created agriculture after saying that most of their experience would be in the sea is ridiculous.

Humans are actually great long distance runners, and the aquatic theory doesn't imply that only women would need to be beach goers, hawaiian culture didn't gear towards a matriarch.Danhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11209888568892632362noreply@blogger.com
